- Official Visitors Guide - more than 100,000 Official Visitors Guides & Membership Directories are printed each year and distributed to state welcome centers, area accommodations and attractions, transportation hubs, hospitals, CVB welcome centers and to individuals inquiring via telephone, e-mail, and mail to the Iowa City/Coralville CVB.
- CVB Web Site - with more than 600,000 hits per month, the CVB web site is one of the most popular sites for visitors and prospective residents to get all kinds of information about the Iowa City/Coralville area.
- E-Newsletter - twice a month, the CVB sends out Impact, the e-newsletter about Bureau activities, programs, visitors industry news, upcoming events, and members. About 400 e-newsletters are distributed to CVB members, media, and civic leaders.
- Guest Welcome Center at the Coral Ridge Mall - welcoming more than 10 million visitors each year, the Guest Welcome Center is the "Concierge to the Community." Visitors looking for dinner reservations, things to do, and community information are greeted by the knowledgeable CVB staff who will gladly refer them to member businesses. The Guest Welcome Center is also a proud outlet for UI Athletic tickets.
